Privacy and discretion

Who can access what.

This matters more here than anywhere else on the site, so it is stated explicitly.

Who can access informationOnly the athlete and people the athlete has authorised in writing.
How representatives are authorisedThe athlete names them and sets the scope. We confirm before acting on a representative’s request.
How communication is managedYou set the channel and the hours. We do not route clinical detail through a representative unless you have said to.
What is shared with the care teamWhat you have authorised, and nothing further. Authorisation can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Secure communicationClinical detail is not handled over general web forms or unsecured email.
RecordsHeld according to pharmacy record-keeping requirements, not marketing convenience.

What concierge support is not.

This is a coordination and pharmacy service. Several things sit firmly outside it.

  • It is not emergency medical care. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
  • It does not diagnose an injury or a condition.
  • It does not replace your physician or your care team.
  • It does not guarantee that any product is permitted in competition.
  • It does not substitute for your governing body’s requirements.
